Once
upon a time there was a small kingdom called Kalianget. At one time the kingdom
was suffered by deadly diseases which killed many of its people including most
of the king’s family members. There was a boy who was very lucky that he could
survive from the diseases. The king decided to adopt the boy since he had
already lost all his children in the epidemic that swept through the kingdom.
He took the boy to his palace and made arrangements for him to become one of
his family. This boy called Jayaprana. Jayaprana grew become a handsome and
powerful adult. He only has one thing from his parents, that is a necklace and
he never puts off the necklace. Jayaprana decided to not too interfere with
others and approach life in a simple way, even though being a prince.
One
day, Patih Saunggaling and Jayaprana walk at the rice field to see the life and
the condition of the people in the kingdom. Suddenly, he sees a beautiful girl
walks through the bund carries a small basket, smiles to Patih Saunggaling.
